Welcome to Unicorn Films. By accessing, browsing, or using our website or rental services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms
By renting from Unicorn Films, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Rental Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
A valid government-issued ID and security deposit may be required.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any rental request at our discretion.

3. Rental Period & Extensions
The rental period starts at pickup or delivery.
Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before return and are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Security Deposit & Payment
A 50% security deposit is required at booking.
Full payment must be made before pickup or delivery through UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
The deposit is refunded after successful equipment inspection.

5. Equipment Handling & Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Equipment must be handled carefully and used only for its intended purpose.
Repairs or modifications without authorization are prohibited.

6. Damages, Theft, and Loss
Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately.
The renter is liable for repair or replacement costs.
The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld based on the damage assessment.

7. Late Returns and Penalties
Late returns will incur daily penalty charges.
Delays beyond 3 days without communication may lead to legal action.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before rental date are eligible for a full refund.
Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer
All equipment is rented “as-is” without warranties.
Unicorn Films is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment.
Rentals are undertaken at the renter’s own risk.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, and visuals on this site belong exclusively to Unicorn Films.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed under the laws of Delhi, India.
All disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi jurisdiction.

12. Force Majeure
Unicorn Films is not liable for non-performance due to acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, technical failures, or unforeseen events.
