It's a simple, modern process! Just browse our gear, add the items you need to your cart, and go to the cart page. Once you're ready, click the "Instant Book" button. This will generate a pre-filled WhatsApp message with your order details. Just send us that message, and our team will get in touch to confirm everything.
What happens after I send the booking request via WhatsApp?
Our team will review your request for equipment availability on your chosen dates. We will then contact you directly on WhatsApp to confirm the booking, discuss payment details, and arrange for pickup or delivery.
Can I book equipment in advance?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to book your gear as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular items like the ARRI Alexa or RED Komodo.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our standard minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). If you have unique requirements for a shorter duration, please contact our support team, and we'll see how we can help.
How far in advance do I need to cancel a booking?

Can I extend my rental period once I have the gear?

What condition is your equipment in?
We pride ourselves on maintaining our gear to the highest industry standards. Every single item is inspected, cleaned, and tested by our technical team after every rental to ensure it's in perfect working condition for your shoot.
What is included with a camera rental?
A standard camera body rental typically includes the camera body, a set of batteries (usually 2-3), a battery charger, and a memory card. Specific inclusions are listed on each product's page. Lenses, tripods, and other accessories are rented separately.
Can I inspect the equipment before my rental begins?
Yes, we welcome and recommend gear checks. You can schedule a time with our team to visit our facility and test the equipment to ensure it meets your project's needs perfectly before you take it.
I need a specific piece of gear that isn't listed on your website. Can you get it for me?
We are constantly updating our inventory. If you don't see something you need, please get in touch with us. We have a wide network of partners and can often source specific equipment for your project.

How is the rental price calculated? Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?

How do I make the payment?
Since we don't use a payment gateway on the website, we will share payment instructions and options (like bank transfer, UPI, etc.) with you via WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed by our team.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies depending on the total value of the equipment being rented. The deposit will be fully refunded upon the safe and timely return of all items in good condition.
How do I use a coupon or discount code?

Do I have to create an account? How does the login work without a password?

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

What happens if I accidentally damage the equipment?
We understand that accidents can happen on set. You will be responsible for the repair or replacement cost of the damaged gear. We highly recommend you arrange for your own production insurance to cover such incidents.
Is the equipment insured?
No, you are fully responsible for its safety. We strongly advise all our clients to obtain their own short-term production insurance to cover the gear against damage, loss, or theft.
